Our printers didn't make it...

Hey Everyone,

We wanted to take a moment to update you on some recent developments that are temporarily impacting our production capabilities.

A few days ago, our trusty solvent printer—used to print the majority of our stickers—finally reached the end of its life. We immediately pivoted to our UV printer and continued operations by laminating those prints with our new laminator while we awaited the arrival of a replacement solvent printer.

Unfortunately, just when we thought things were under control, our UV printer encountered its own set of issues this morning and is now out of commission. We know how critical it is to meet deadlines and ensure that your orders are delivered on time and at the highest quality. Rest assured, we’ve already ordered a new printer that’s scheduled to arrive next week, and we aim to have everything back up and running smoothly by October 18th.

In the meantime, if you have any urgent orders that simply can’t wait, we do have a backup plan. We may be able to outsource production to a trusted partner to ensure you get your stickers as soon as possible. Just let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request during this temporary downtime.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these technical challenges. Our team is committed to getting back on track as quickly as possible to continue delivering the quality products and service you rely on.
